No. The bar script is approximately 15 KB and loads asynchronously — it does not block your page from rendering. Shopify’s own performance tools (Lighthouse, Online Store Speed) will not penalize you for installing the app.


When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us a GDPR data deletion webhook. Within 48 hours, we permanently delete your store’s settings and all associated analytics data. The bar is also removed from your storefront immediately upon uninstall.


Can I have multiple bars active at the same time?

Pro plan only. The Free plan allows one active bar at a time. With Pro, you can have unlimited bars active simultaneously — useful for A/B testing messages or targeting different bar designs to different pages.

Use the announcement bar for maximum visibility. Use the inline section block if you want the bar to appear within a specific part of your layout (e.g., just above the cart drawer).


Yes. The bar injects via a Shopify script tag and works with all published themes including custom themes. The announcement bar variant uses a fixed-position overlay that renders above your theme. The inline section block requires Online Store 2.0 themes.


An impression is recorded each time the bar is rendered and visible to a visitor. Refreshing the page counts as a new impression. Multiple impressions from the same visitor in the same session are each counted individually.


A conversion is recorded when a visitor who was shown the bar completes an order in the same session. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.


Can I show a different threshold to customers in other countries?

Yes — this is the Geo-Targeting feature, available on the Pro plan. You can set a different threshold and currency for each country you ship to.
